Personal Profile:

Dennis L. Hampton, CPA: extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business evaluation, management services and computers, personal and networking.  A May 1976, graduate from the University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, he holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate from the State of Oklahoma.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He also serves on the Accounting service advisory committee for Francis Tuttle Vocational School.

James H. Hampton, CPA: extensive experience in tax services, auditing, and financial consulting, including trust and business planning, business evaluation, and management services. A May 1958, graduate from the Oklahoma City University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, he holds a Certified Public Accounting certificate from the State of Oklahoma.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
